Quiz Pops are mini-quizzes found in the spaces between article subsections. The Quiz Pop is a fantastic tool for maintaining a reader's interest throughout an entire article. Once a user is interested in a Quiz Pop, the results can be displayed immediately.
I am an intern at Scaler Topics, and during my internship, I worked on a project called IDE from end to end. About Scaler, Scaler is an up-skilling platform for working tech professionals, and Scaler Topics is a free resource by Scaler.
As I was working with Scaler Topics, they had their own design system, and I was restrained from stepping out of that. Also, as it is a real-world project, business was expected out of it, so it came with a lot of constraints and a big challenge. Also, it was a collaborative project which I did with one more designer.
Quiz Pop is branched out of gamification of the platform, which I researched extensively. After establishing that Research can help the edtech platform, I analysed competitively to understand how others gamified their platform.
